Rule 23
The amount of commission the insurance agent gets is
(1) No commission amount shall be given to any insurance agent in excess of the amount of fee to be paid by the insured:-
(a) Commission amount as mentioned in schedule-11 in relation to life insurance.
(b) Commission amount as determined by the committee regarding non-life insurance.
(2) Notwithstanding anything written elsewhere in this regulation, the insurer may also give an incentive bonus to the insurance agent in addition to the commission amount mentioned in sub-rule (1).
